2. Purchase Process

To acquire any of the products or services offered on this website, you will have to follow the established purchase process, taking into consideration the following aspects:

– The shipping costs corresponding to your order will be shown at the beginning of the purchase process.

– If the chosen means of payment is bank transfer, you have a period of 5 business days to make the payment to the indicated bank account number, having to send us the proof of payment by email to reverte@reverte.com. If you do not make the transfer within this period, the order will be cancelled. We remind you that when selecting this payment method, you must take into account that the final cost of the order may be increased by the commission charged by your bank.

– The products purchased are the property of Editorial Reverté SA until they are fully paid for. The order will only be shipped when it is fully paid.

 

4. Products out of stock

Editorial Reverté SA has a maximum period of 30 days to serve products that are not in stock. In the event that it is not possible to serve the chosen product, the customer may replace it with another or request a refund of the amount paid.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The client who holds the legal status of consumer or user has the right to withdraw from their purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of their order without the need for justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will have to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email) addressed to Editorial Reverté SA, Loreto 13-15 Local B , CP 08029 of Barcelona (SPAIN), or to our email address reverte@reverte.com

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including the initial shipping costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we were notified. report your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make this reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise. However, we inform you that under the provisions of Art. 107.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, we will proceed to retain the amount of the return until we have received the goods or the buyer sends us sufficient proof of their return.

Likewise, we remind you that as established in 108.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, when the withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer will only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Finally, we inform you that by virtue of what is established in art. 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal will not be admitted in the following cases:

a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

b) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

c) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

d) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

e) The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed inseparably with other goods.

f) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

g) The supply of daily press, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

h) The supply of digital content that is not provided in a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that consequently they lose their right of withdrawal.
